【摘要】 综述了膜污染的机理及其影响因素，膜的清洗方法及常用的清洗剂，然后根据这些原则清洗中空纤维膜超滤红霉素板框滤液引起的膜污染，得到适合该情形的好的清洗剂，只须用三种化学清洗剂交替清洗，结合清洗技巧，很快将膜通量恢复，实验重复性好．本文的清洗程序和方法可指导膜过滤过程膜污染的清洗更多还原

【Abstract】 The mechanism of membrane fouling and its influence factors,the cleaning agents and cleaning performance are reviewed and discussed.The contaminated hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes with erythromycin broth pretreated were cleaned by both physical and chemical methods. The efficient cleaning agents for this condition were obtained. The results indicate that the flux was restored rapidly only by using three kind of chemical agents alternately combined with physical methods. The means studied in this paper are of universal significance and have a directive function to the cleaning of contaminated menbranes.更多还原
