一种新的高阶全极点TC低通滤波器
A Novel Higher-Order All-Poles Transconductance-Capacitor Low-Pass Filter
【摘要】 提出了一种高阶全极点运算跨导放大器(OTA)或跨导器(T)低通滤波器设计方法。基于系统函数的直接模拟,得到了具有最少有源元件的全极点低通滤波器。该滤波器具有高截止频率、与MOS工艺兼容、便于单片集成等优点。给出了Butterworth最平坦型低通滤波器的设计实例和PSPICE模拟分析。
【Abstract】 A novel design technique is presented for higher-order all-poles low-pass filters (ALF) using operational-transconductance amplifier or transconductance-capacitor. Based on a direct simulation of transition function, an ALF with minimal active devices was obtained. The filter features high cut-off frequency and the fabrication process is compatible with MOS process. A Butterworth extremely flat low-pass filter is given as an example. A PSPICE simulation shows that the proposed method is practical.
