【Abstract】 Through teaching patients self -care for their feet with complex plantar ulcers and making them persist in doing so, out of 70 ulcers in 52 cases, 58 ulcers of 44 cases have healed up for two to five months, but 10 ulcers relapsed after healed because of overwalking. The authors suggest that leprosy control services should have a group of staff, including surgeon, sister, shoe - making worker and sociologist, for prevention and treatment of plantar ulcers.更多还原
