生物治疗对白血病患者细胞免疫功能的影响
Modulating Effects on Cellular Immune Function in Leukemia Patients with IL 2/LAK Biotherapy
【摘要】 本文检测了25例正常人和20例白血病患者的淋巴细胞转化率(LT)、E-玫瑰花环形成率(E-RF)、白介素-2水平(IL-2)、自然杀伤细胞(NK)活性和淋巴细胞因子激活的杀伤细胞活性(LAK),以及经IL-2/LAK疗法治疗前后白血病患者细胞免疫功能的变化。结果表明白血病患者LAK活性和细胞免疫功能显著低于正常人(P<0.0l);抗CD_3单克隆抗体(CD_3McAb)可显著增强LAK细胞活性;经IL-2/LAK为主的生物治疗后患者LT和E-RF明显增高(P<0.05)。证明IL-2/LAK为主的生物治疗方法能够不同程度地逆转白血病患者细胞免疫功能的缺陷。
【Abstract】 he cellular immune functions of 25 normal volunteers and 20 letikemia patients with IL-2/LAK thera-py were collected.The results showed that LAK and NK cells activities、secretion of interleukin-2 from lym-phocytes(IL-2)、rates of lymphocyte transformation and E-rose formation(E-RF)in leukemia cases were much lower than those in volunteers (P<0.0l);Anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody(CD3McAb)could markedly enhance LAK cell activity in volunteers and leukemia cases. After treatment with IL-2/LAK therapy,lym-phocyte transformation and E-RF in leukemia patients were higher than that before treatment( P<0.05 ).These indicates that IL-2/LAK biotherapy is able to reverse the decrease of cellular immune functions in leukemia cases.
