【摘要】 本文选用２０只成年犬，行双膝内侧半月板纵行切开，从关节内侧缘游离一段滑膜，通过胫骨平台下骨性隧道穿过，放置滑膜于半月板破裂缘内，术后右侧运用外固定支架，左侧未做任何制动，分别于１月、２月及３月处死家犬。半月板行大体及组织学检查，结果发现，运用滑膜修复半月板损伤，在完全制动情况下，只需３０～６０天可以愈合，如果制动时间超过３月时，膝关节出现骨性关节炎，愈合后的半月板表面失去光泽；而非制动后，大半月板外缘有部分愈合。本文通过对半月板的原理及制动时间的讨论，认为滑膜修复半月板是一种有效的方法，值得进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 he menisci injury was one of the commonest diseases. It was very difficult to heal after tearing.If the tearing meniscus was removed、the knee joint would develope osteoarthritis because of the ligament relaxing around joint.The animal incision was made double the medial meniscus. Asegment synovial mernbrance condyle of the tibia. After operation、the external fixion was removed、and put it to menisci incision by a bone canal under the internal used in right timb、left one was rot immobilized.The animals were acrificed in l、2、3 months respectively.By gross and histological observation、The results showed that the medial meniscus which was repaired with synovial membrance with blood vessels could heal aboult 30-60 days in complete immobilization. If the immobilization time was more than 90 days、the knee joint could develope osteoarthritis and the healing meniscus lost smooth surface.The menisci tearing which was repaired by synovial mem-brance with blood vessels healed partly at its lateral side without immobilization. It was concluded that re-pairing the menisci tearing using synovial membrance with blood vessels was ideal methods by the discussion reparing principle、immobilization time、osteoarthritis after removing meniscus.更多还原
