【摘要】 本文通过60例120只眼高度近视6年时间的观察,初步提出矫正视力继续下降是高度近视进行性的指征。6年间矫正视力下降的数字是进行速度。高度近视“进行性”的原因是眼底变性、眼轴延长及屈光度增加、高眼压及青光眼和其他并发症。建议对高度近视患者注意检查矫正眼压,以早期发现严重损害视功能的因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 60 cases (120 eyes) with high myopia were observed for six years, author consider that the correct vision decline continually is the indicant of progressiveness for high myopia and the declined figures is the rate of it. The causes of progressiveness are the denatured fundus, the prolonged oculi axis, the increased diopter, the high intraocular pressure, the glaucoma and other complications. Author suggests that the correct intraocular pressure of the patients with high myopia should be examined in order to find out the factors damaging visile function.更多还原
