鬼臼酰肼哌啶氮氧自由基腙及其还原物的体内抗肿瘤作用和毒性
In vivo,The Antitumor Effect and Toxicity of Podophyllic Acid hydrozide Piperidingyloxy (GP1) and it’s Reduced Derivatives
【摘要】 鬼臼毒类衍生物GP1,GP1H,GP1OH和VP16对S180,HepA均有明显抑制作用,高剂量平均抑瘤率分别为65.89%和57.99%,57.84%和35.89%,64.76%和51.47%,72.88%和49.10%,同时对荷瘤小鼠的红、白细胞,脾脏和胸腺指数均有一定程度的降低作用,一次ip LD50依次为392±15.4,361.9±17.4,531.8±16.5和69.5±9.2mg/kg,油水分配系数分别为1.38,1.43,2.50和0.50。
【Abstract】 Four derivatives of podophyllotoxin,GP1 ,GP1H,GP1OH and VP16 all could inhibite the transplanted tumor S180 and HepA. Meanwhile, they all could reduce the number of RBC,WBC,spleen and thymus index of mice with tumor. Their LD50 were 392.0±15. 4,361. 9±17. 4,531.8±16.5,69.5±9. 2mg/kg,and partition coefficient were 1.38,1.43,2.50and 0.50.
