【摘要】 采用链脲佐菌素（streptozotocin，STZ，30mg／kg）给大鼠静脉注射，同时喂高热量食物，建立类似Ⅱ型糖尿病的肥胖糖尿病大鼠模型，以观察黄丹冲剂对模型大鼠糖化血红蛋白（HBA1c）及肾小球基底膜变化的影响。实验结果表明：黄丹冲剂虽无降血糖作用，却有明显降低HBA1c及减轻或延缓肾小球基底膜增厚的作用，从而为该方用于防治糖尿病血管并发症提供了一定的理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In our experiment we established 40 obese diabetic rat models, similar to diabetes type Ⅱ, through treating the same SD rats with streptozotocin (SYZ, 30mg/kg), and feeding them with high fat and carbohydrate diet. It was observed that effect of Huangdan granule preparation on the value of HBA1c of experimental model rats and the alteration of their glomerular basement membrane. The results of this experiment indicated that: Huangdan granule preparation can’ t decrease the value of blood glucose, but can decrease the value of HBA1c and abate or delay the pachynsls of glomerular basement membrane, so the experiment laid the definite foundation for this prescription treatment diabetic vascular complication in theory.更多还原
