高压管道脉动与振动控制及其软件包开发

【摘要】 介绍往复压缩机高压管道气流脉动与管道振动理论及实测资料;气柱固有频率计算及用一维非定常气流理论计算气流脉动的方法;阐述了用有限元理论计算管系结构固有频率以及振动方程与动应力计算公式,所有这些计算都统一在一个软件包内。针对镇海炼化股份公司加氢裂化装置氢气压缩机,将西安交通大学管道振动研究组所做的计算与美国西南研究院的设计模拟和实测进行了比较,认为计算值比模拟值更为精确。

【Abstract】 Theories of both pulsadon in reciprocating compressor high-pressure piping, and piping vibration,the measured data, calculation method for intrinsic frequency of gas column as well as the method for gas stream pulsing calculation basing on one-dimensional unconstant gas stream theory were introduced. Calculation of intrinsic frequency of the piping system basing on finite element theory, vibration equation as well as kinetic stress calculation formula were expounded. All above calculations were integrated in one software package. For the hydrogen compressor in hydrocracking unit of Zhenhai Petrochemical Company, the results of calculation carried by piping vibration research group of Xi’ an Jiaotong University were compared with the design simulation and site measurements by Southwest Research Institute of America. It is considered that the calculated values are more accurate than the simulated ones.
