乳腺癌中PCNA表达及其与组织学分级的关系

【摘要】 采用抗PCNA单克隆抗体PC10,对96例乳腺良恶性病变组织进行免疫组化表达研究。其中乳腺增生性病变31例,乳腺非典型增生15例,乳腺癌Ⅰ级12例,Ⅱ及23例,Ⅲ级15例。结果显示:PCNA染色强度指数良性病变为39.80,非典型增生40.71,Ⅰ级乳腺癌54.58,Ⅱ级66.83,Ⅲ级108.74.各级乳腺病变之间可见差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。表明PCNA指数与乳腺病变及乳腺癌组织的分级有密切关系。

【Abstract】 The expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)was studied by using a monoclonal antibody PC10 with immunohistochemistry in 96 cases of breast benign diseases and breast cancer tissues.The results showed that PCNA staining intensity index(SII)was 39.80 in breast proliferating diseases,40.71 in breast atypia proliferation,54.58 in breast carcinoma grade Ⅰ,66.83 in grade Ⅱ,and 108.74 in grade Ⅲ.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating close relationship between PCNA index and histological grading of breast tumor.
