【Abstract】 AZS sintered brick is prepared from fused AZS waste as the principal material, AZS complex binder and zirconite. It possesses high refractoriness under load, high compressive strength. low apparent porosity and high resistance to glass corrosion. It is a fine substitute material to fused AZS brick. The influences of the phase and structure of sample on the performance have been analysed. The relationships between the mixing content of AZS complex binder, amount of zirconite added and the sample’s properties have been discussed. The optimal formulation of sample has been obtained.更多还原
