喷丸改善800合金传热管在高温苛性碱溶液中的应力腐蚀性能的研究
STUDY ON SHOT PEENING OF ALLOY 800 FOR PROTECTION AGAINST S. C. C. IN CAUSTIC SOLUTION
【摘要】 核反应堆蒸汽发生器的传热管,在高温苛性碱溶液中容易发生应力腐蚀。本文用玻璃丸对800合金传热管进行喷丸,明显地改善了它在高温苛性碱溶液中的应力腐蚀性能。经测定,喷丸工艺在800合金传热管表面产生大的压应力,即捷在300℃曝露144h后,喷丸层仍能保持较大压应力。本文还测定了喷丸层的压应力、硬度及衍射线半高宽随层深的变化。
【Abstract】 The nuclear steam generator tubes show some susceptibilities to s. c. c. in caustic solution. The alloy 800 tubes which was shot-peened by glass bead peening protectedo bviously against S. C. C in caustic solution. By examining, the compress stress was seriously generated because of shot peening on the surface of Alloy 800 tubes. The compress stress may be largely reserved even after exposure 144 hours at 300癈. The compress stress,hardness and width of diffraction lines to relate with the depth of shot peening layer were also examined.
