硒化卡拉胶对小鼠自然杀伤细胞活性的影响
EFFECT OF SE-CARRA ON MURINE NATURAL KILLING (NK) ACTIVITY
【摘要】 采用~3H-TdR释放法研究硒化卡拉胶在试管内和整体对小鼠自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)活性的影响.结果表明:低浓度硒化卡拉胶可使正常小鼠NK细胞活性提高,高浓度则降低.对环磷酰胺诱导的免疫抑制小鼠,一定剂量范围内(2~12mg/kg)的硒化卡拉胶随浓度增加,小鼠NK细胞活性增高.
【Abstract】 In the present study, the effect of Se-Carra on murine NK activity in vitro and vivo was observed. The results in vitro indicated that 0. 01μg/ml se-carra was effective in increasing NK activity, 0.1μg/ml Se-Carra reached to its peak activity. However, NK activity decreased when the concentration of Se-Carra increased to 1-10μg/ml both in E:T=50:1 or 100: 1.On the other hand, it was shown that KM activity in NK mice (ig 2, 12mg/kg Se-CarraqdX20) were augmented, while 72mg/kg resulted in less effective. When KM mice were im-munodepressed by cyclophosphamide (CYA) 40mg/kg ig q3dX20, Se-Carra (2, 12 and 72mg/kg) enhanced NK activity in a dosage dependent fashion.The results stated above suggested that Se-Carra could regulate NK activity. It could augment NK activity of immunodepressed mice.
