【摘要】 糖尿病视网膜病变（DRP）是糖尿病（DM）的严重微血管并发症之一。1994年7、8月间我院对柳州市11886人进行了DM患病率调查，同时进行了DRP调查。结果在275例DM中检出DRP27例（50眼）．发生率为9．82％，其中男性14例（27眼）为8．62％，女性13例（23眼）为11．21％．50岁～70岁年龄组中为14．72％．病程11年以上为100％，5年～10年为71．43％．5年以下为18．37％，首次检出的DM病人中发生率为4．55％，糖耐量低减病人中为0．28％（3／385）。更多还原

【Abstract】 Diabetes retinopathy(DRP ) is one of severe complications of microvasculatures. In July and August of 1994. a survey concering prevalence of DM was carried out in population of 11886 in Liuzhou, and the patients with DM were examined for DRP. The result showed that 27 cases (50 eyes) of DRP were detected in 275 cases of DM,the total detecting rate of DRP was 9.82 %. In 50 - 70 years groups,the detecting rate of DRP was 12. 9%. DRP was present in 100.0% of the patients with over 11 years duration of diabetes,in 74. 4% with 50-10 years, and in 18. 37% with below 5 years, while it was only 4. 55 % in those that DM was first detected,In the patients with impaired glucose tolerance, the detecting rate of DRP was 0. 23% (3/385 ).
