【摘要】 采用环孢霉素A（CsA）合并雄激素（康力龙、安雄或丙睾）治疗13例重型再障（SAA）和1例重型纯红再障（PRCA）,总的近期有效率64.3%,SAA有效率61.5%,1例PRCA达基本治愈。多数病例能保持近期疗效。SAA-Ⅰ型有效率（83.3%）明显高于SAA-Ⅱ型（42.9%）。认为CsA合并雄激素治疗重型再障是适合国情,有效、安全、方便的治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirteen patients with severe aplastic anemia (SAA) and one patient with severe pure red-cell anemia(PRCA) received therapy consisting of cyclosporin A (CsA) and androgens (stanozololi,andriol,testosterone propionate). The whole recently effective rate (ER) was 64. 3%. The ER of SAA was 61. 5%,one PRCA was in fundamental remission. Most patients could maintain their recently ER. The ER of SAA- I (83. 3%) was extraordinarily higher than that of SAA-II(42.9%). It was suggested that CsA in combination with androgens in SAA is a suitable,effective,safe and easy treatment in our country.更多还原
