【Abstract】 Compared the results of trans-esophageal atrial pacing(TEAP)with those of intracardiac electrophysiology,discord between them was found in 20 of 120 patients with supraventricular tachycardia(SVT).Analysed the results of TEAP and intracardiac electrophysiology,and compared methodology between TEAP and intracardiac electrophysiology,the causes of discord was found mainly due to missing-diagnosis or misdiagnosis of TEM in diagnosing SVT.The reason did not only correlated with the charactristics of electrophysiology of SVT,but more correlated with the disadvantage of methodology of TEM.更多还原
