【摘要】 统计六年来乳腺细针针吸细胞学检查结果，探讨其在临床上应用价值。对５９４例具有病理诊断的乳腺细针计吸细胞学检查结果采用国际通用准确性统计标准统计。结果；５９４例中３８３例乳腺恶性肿瘤细胞学检查敏感性为９０．５％，假阴性９．５％，２１１例乳腺良性疾患中特异性为９９．５％，假阳性０．４８％。我们认为乳腺细针针吸细胞学检查具有相当高的精确度及应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 An analysis of FNAC in recent 6 years was made to evaluate its clinical significance. The results of 594 specimens, from which pathologic abnormalities can be established, are statistically analysed using international standard for accuracy. In 594 specimens, 383 malignant breast tumors were diagnosed, with a false negative result of 9. 5 %, The diagnostic accuracy is 90. 5 %. In other specimens, benign breast diseases were diagnosed in 211, with a faies positive of 0.48%, the diagnostic accuracy is 99. 5 %. We conclude that examination used in breast tumors is a technique of highly accurate and has considerable clinical practicality.更多还原
