【Abstract】 In order to explore the relationship between beta-endorphin and migraine at- tack,the plasma beta-endorphin level in 44 cases of migraine without aura and 25 cases of normal controls were determined with radioimmunoassay.The results showed the plasma be- ta-endorphin level in migraine without aura was lower(239.0±156.4pg/L)than that in normal controls(407.5+257.4pg/L),and in male patients was lower(147.2+79.5pg/ L)than that in female(269.7+164.4pg/L).The possible defect of endogenous opioid sys- tem in migraineurs was suggested.更多还原
