【摘要】 报告应用腹腔镜技术对精索静脉曲张４０例（６９侧）行高位静脉结扎术，术中测扩张精索内静脉直径２～５ｍｍ，１～３条不等，其中合并不育３４例。结果疗效满意，术后８个月复查精液。有２９例较术前明显好转，１例女方妊娠。并就腹腔镜行精索静脉曲张高位结扎术的理论基础、解剖学特点进行了讨论，认为腹腔镜手术创伤小，患者痛苦少，易于接受，是治疗精索静脉曲张的较好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 cases(69 sides)with varicocele have been treated by laparoscopic varix ligation since sept.1994.The result of treatment was satisfactory.The number of enlarge vein was 1～3. The diameter of enlarge vein was 2～5mm.Among 40 cases,34 cases were complicated with infetility.After the operation for 8 months,29 pationts′semen quality was improved,one case has been established fertility.The operative method and the mechanism of treatment of Laparoscopy in varicocele were disscussed.更多还原
