【摘要】 对348例社区精神分裂症患者服药依从性的相关因素进行分析，发现依从性好坏与患者目前病情有显著关系，依从性好的稳定率、缓解率明显高于差的；依从性好的定期规律随诊率明显高于依从性差的。依从性的危险因子研究提示合作程度对依从性的影响最大，而社会、家庭、药物治疗内容等对药物依从性也有一定程度的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the medication compliance of schizophrenic patients in the community. Method:348 schizophrenic patients in the community were interviewed by 2 doctors and their medication compli-ance was assessed. Results: Among the patients with good compliance, 77. 4% of them remained mental-ly stable; 86. 2% were regularly followed up in outpatient departments. Among the patients with poorcompliance, 53. 9% of them remained mentally stable; only 10. 4 % recovered regular follow up in outpa-tient departments.
