【摘要】 采用 SCL—90对211例不育妇女和100例正常生育妇女进行调查,结果发现,平均总症状指数不育妇女显著较高(P<0.01)。以 SCL—90症状因子为因变量,选择9个有关的心理社会因素对不育妇女的精神状态进行多因素分析,发现影响最大的因素依次为①神经质;②生育观;③不育年限。提示矫正人格缺陷,加强社会宣传,改善生育观,是心理干预的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the mental health status of infertile women in China.Method:The mental health status of 211 infertile women and 100 fertile women were investigated with the SCL—90 using multiple regression analysis.Results:The symptom severity of infertile women was significantly higher than that of fertile women(P<0.01).Multiple regression analysis showed that the mental health status of infertile women was correlated with the following factors:(1)traits of neuroticism;(2)the perceived importance of child—bearing,and(3)duration of infertility.Discussion:It is suggested that health education,psychological consultation and social support should be provided together with somatic treatments in reducing the psychiatric morbidity associated with infertility among women in China.更多还原
