【摘要】 老年退行性心脏瓣膜病是老年人的特殊疾病。本文对我院90例老年退行性心脏瓣膜病的分析,发现主动脉瓣受累率明显高于二尖瓣(P<0.05),并可引起瓣膜的狭窄与关闭不全,造成左室扩大,肥厚。导致心衰的发生与心律失常。本病主要靠超声心动图确诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Senile degenerative heart valvular disease is a special disease of this disease is markedly higher in implication of aortic valve than in mitral valve in 90 patients of our hospital (P<0. 05). This disease may cause stenosis and/or imcomplete closure of the valve and result in left venticular dilatation, hypertrophy, heart failure and arrhythmia.
