某些相关因素对连铸电磁搅拌速率影响的模拟研究

【摘要】 本研究采用低熔点金属(伍德合金),在实验室条件下模拟研究了某些因素对连铸电磁搅拌过程中金属液搅拌速率的影响。对所测数据进行了多元回归分析,得出了多元回归方程。结果显示,供电电流对金属液的搅拌速率影响最大,加模与否的影响无显著意义。

【Abstract】 The effects of some factors on the ratio of molten metal stirred during electromagnetic stirnng in continuous casting were given an analog study with low-molten-point Wood’ s metal under the condition of laboratory. The measured values were analysed for multiple regression and then a multiple regression equation was derived. The result shows that the effect of source current on the ratio of molten metal stirred is maximum and it is not significant to add mould or not.
