【Abstract】 Research projects of national level are vital to the advancement of science and technology as well as national economic construction. The athors, based on wealth of data and case studies, analye the major issues existing in output of projects either macroscopicallyor microscopically. In light of the analysis, countermeasures and suggestions concerning means of funds raised, total fund inputted, proportion of central finance to total input, and management of fund inputted of the national-level projects are prorosed.更多还原
