【摘要】 本文测定了15例 IDDM 患者治疗前后血清可溶白细胞介素—2受体(sIL—2R)水平.结果发现 IDDM 患者治疗前(sIL—2R)水平显著升高,治疗后 sIL—2R 恢复至正常范围。结果提示:IDDM 患者体内存在细胞因子免疫调节紊乱,sIL—2R 可反映疾病的免疫动态.更多还原

【Abstract】 The soluble interleukin—2 receptor(SIL—2R)level was measured in 15 IDDM patients and 10 normal controls.In untreated IDDM patients,SIL—2R level was significantly elevated as com- pared to normal controls (P<0.01).Following trearment,SIL—2R level was returned gradually te normal.It was suggested that in IDDM,immune regulation of cytokines was in disorder the AIL—2R level might reflect the immune activity of IDDM.更多还原
