【摘要】 本文就血培养;采用溶血增菌与常规增菌培养进行对比观察,406份血培养标本,常规增菌阳性54例,阳性率为13.3%,溶血增菌阳性93例,阳性率为22.9%,以检出例数最多的表皮葡萄球菌及微球菌为检验依据,进行两种方法比较,经统计学处理(P<0.05)有显著性差异,提示溶血增菌培养优于常规增菌培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper 406 amples are cultivated in ordinary blood culture and hemdysis enrichment.54 blood samples of the 406 is positive with 13.3 percent positive rate in ordinary blood culture.93 blood samples is positive too,with 22.9 percent positive rate in hemdysis enrichment.By statisti- cal analysis staplylococcus epidermidis and micrococcus are the most of all among the bacteria cul- tivated in ordinary blood culture and hemolysis enrichment.This indicates there is obvious differ- ence between ordinary blood culture and hemolysis enrichment.The results of comparison shows that hemdysis enrichment is better than ordinary blood culture.更多还原
