【摘要】 本文采用聚合酶链反应（PCR）。限制性酶切和电泳分型方法,首次在109例中国人群中检测了血管紧张素原多态位点AGT₂₃₅的分布情况。AGT₂₃₅基因频率为0.7431,表现型频率为T_235/2550.5431;T₂₃₅/M₂₃₅0.4036,M₂₃₅/M₂₃₅0.0550,其表现型频率分布符合Hardy-weinberg平衡更多还原

【Abstract】 The distribution of angiotensinogen gene AGT₂₃₅ polymorphism site was detected in 109 cases of Chinese population by polymerase chain reaction （PCR） restriction enzyme analysis and elec- trophoresis methods to determine the genotypes the results showed tht the gene frequence of T₂₃₅ was 0.7431. The genotypes frequence T₂₃₅/T₂₃₅ 0. 5413, T₂₃₅/U₂₃₅ 0.4036₂₃₅/M₂₃₅ 0.0550 and the populations was equelibrium for Hardy-weinberg law exam.更多还原
