【摘要】 作者以正常涎腺为对照,对23例Warthin瘤(腺淋巴瘤)的肿瘤上皮进行了11种角蛋白单克隆抗体的免疫组化研究,结果出现了双层型和单层型两种染色分布类型。双层型即肿瘤上皮中假双层的柱状细胞和基底细胞呈现了强度不同的阳性改变,可能表明两种细胞的功能及分化程度有差异;单层型即两种细胞呈现强度基本一致的染色程度,表明它们可能来源于同一导管部位。同时,前者的部分抗体因分子量不同其分布类型、强度均有不同,提示有必要搞清各不同角蛋白在定位涎腺及其肿瘤不同结构的性质方面可能具有的分子生物学意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Immunohistochemical studies were done of 11 kinds of keratin monoclonal antibodies in 23 cases of Warthin’s tumor epithelia. It was found that there were two distribution types. double and monolayer , the former showing different positive staining in the columnar and basal cells of the epithelia, indicating the difference in their function and differentiation and the later showing similar positive staining, indicating their same origin. Also the different distribution type and positive staining due to different molecular weights of some antibodies of the former suggest the necessity of making clear a molecular biological role of different keratins in the location of both the salivary gland and the features of the different tumor structures.更多还原
