【摘要】 作者为１８例下颌前突、１２例单侧髁状突肥大患者施行了口内进路下颌升支垂直截骨术。术中２例升支近中骨段发生折断，１例下牙槽血管损伤，术后１例因颌间栓结方法不当致咬合关系错乱。文中介绍了手术设计及操作注意事项，并详细讨论了口内进路下颌升支垂直截骨术的适应证，搭配术式的选择以及并发症的处理，报道了３０例牙颌面畸形的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 8 paticnts with mandibular prognathism and 12 patients with unilateral condylal hypcrplasia underwent standarized intraoral vertical ramus osteotomies(IVRO).The proximal segments of mandible were fractured in 2 cases and the inferior alveolar artery was injured in 1 case during osteotothy. The malocclusion was caused by unsuitable intermaxillary fixation in 1 case after surgcly,Presurgery design and key points during IVRO were deseribed,indications of IVRO,managments of complications and sclection of accessory osteotomics were discusscd in detail.The treatment results were repolted for the pat ients with dentofacial deformities by IVRO.更多还原
