【摘要】 对６６例脑卒中患者１ａ后进行日常生活活动（ＡＤＬ）、躯体（偏瘫）及心理指标的随访评定分析．结果表明，认知障碍与年龄，ＣＥＳ－Ｄ评分呈负相关，与Ｂａｒｔｈｅｌ指数、文化程度呈正相关；情感障碍与年龄、偏瘫及躯体疾病呈正相关，与文化程度呈负相关；多元逐步回归分析表明，偏瘫、伴发疾病、文化程度及认知功能是影响ＡＤＬ能力的重要因素．更多还原

【Abstract】 Sixty-six patients were interviewed 1 year after their stroke to assess their daily activities(DA )as well as thein , physical(hemiplegia)and psychological factors. The resultswere as follow:cognitive impairment was correlated negatively with age and CES-D scores,butpositively with Barthel index and education depression was correlated positively with age , hemi-plegia and physical diseases,but negatively with education,The analysis of multiple stepwise re-gression suggested that hemiplegia,complication,accompanying diseases,education and cogni-tion were all the major factors influencing DA function.更多还原
