胆甾-4,6-二烯-3-酮的合成
Synthesis of Cholesta-4, 6-dien-3-one
【摘要】 以胆固醇为原料,经二甲亚砜-二环己基碳二亚胺(DMSO-DCC)系统选择性氧化,生成胆甾-5-烯-3-酮,产率约33%.胆甾-5-烯-3-酮经四氯苯醌进一步选择性脱氢生成胆甾-4,6-二烯-3-酮.此化合物是合成1a-羟基维生素D3的重要中间体.
【Abstract】 Cholesta-4, 6-dien-3-one (Ⅱ)was synthesized from Cholesterol (Ⅰ). Cholest-5-en-3-one(Ⅱ)was obtamed selectively from (1) through oxidation with Dimethyl sulfoxide and Dicyclohexycabodiimide (DMSO DCC) in about 33% yield. Then, the oxidation ofⅡwith Chloranil gave (Ⅲ),(Ⅲ) is an important intermediate in synthesizing 1α-hydroxyvitamin D3.
