气体雾化制备齿科用Ag-稀土球形汞合金粉末

【摘要】 本文讨论了用气体雾化技术制备Ag-稀土球形汞合金粉末的工艺过程.用气体雾化方法制备的Ag-稀土球形汞合金粉末,组织结构均匀,粒度分布、浸润性及充填效果均能满足齿科用充填材料的要求.文中分析了影响雾化过程的主要参数,提出了制取Ag-稀土球形汞合金粉末的技术措施.该气体雾化技术装备已成功地用于球形汞合金粉末生产,年生产能力大于1.0×10~4千克.

【Abstract】 This paper discussed process made the spheric silver-rare element mercury alloy powders by air atomizer technology. The spheric silver-rare element mercury alloy powders made by air atomizing method can satisfy requirement of dental filled materialin the particle-size distribute and soakage and filled effect. It has even organization. The paper analysed the main parameters ef-fected the atomizing process. It suggested technlology measures made the spheric sil-ver-rare element mercury dental alloy pow-ders. The technical equipment for air atom-izer has successfully used to produce the spheric mercury alloy powders. Its produc-tivity purpassed 10 X 103 Kilograms each year.
