【摘要】 青春期大鼠左肾静脉部份结扎，建立青春期精索静脉曲张动物模型，对双侧精索静脉曲张的程度、睾丸的形态学变化进行研究。结果表明：单侧青春期大鼠精索静脉曲张引起双侧睾丸的损害，病变以精索静脉曲张侧为重；青春期精索静脉曲张对睾丸的损害呈进行性加重。更多还原

【Abstract】 Experimental varicocele models were made by partial ligation of the left renal vein inadolescent male S. D rats,The degree of bilateral varicocele and histological changes in bothtestes were studied.The results showed that unilateral adolescent varicocele can induce bila-eral testicular injury which is more prominent ipsilaterally.The histological changes includespermatogenesis arrest,most frequently at the stages of spermatocytes and spermatid.Thereare pathological changes in small interstitial blood vessels.Testicular injury due to varicocelepresents progressive exacerbation.更多还原
