机械零件可靠性数字仿真及软件设计
RELIABILITY DIGITAL SIMULATION AND SOFTWAREDESlGN FOR THE MECHANICAL PARTS
【摘要】 基于可靠性中的应力-强度干涉理论,利用数值方法和仿真技术在微机上开发了机械零件可靠性数字仿真软件RESI。该软件可对应力和强度随机变量呈多种分布状态下的可靠度进行数字计算与仿真,并具有功能齐全的菜单、人机界面友好、计算结果图形显示和使用操作简便等优点。给出了几个工程问题可靠度数字仿真的结果。
【Abstract】 Basing on the theory of stress-strength interference in reliabilily, the reliabi-lily digital siinulation software of the mechanical Parts, RESI, is designed by means ofthe numerical method and the simulation technique. The RESI software runs in inicrocom-Puters, which can be used to calculate ot simulate the reliability for many distributionstatus of the stress and strength randoin varables. It has a lots of advantages, such astbe comPlete functions of menu, the friendly man-machine interfact, the tesults display-ing with graphi as well as the operating sirnply. Several results of the reliability digitalsimulalion in engineering Probleins are given.
