疲劳载荷谱编制方法的统一

【摘要】 分析了载荷谱形成载荷历程及决定材料损伤程度的局部应力、应变与决定裂纹扩展速率的裂纹张开应力变化过程。提出了代表载荷历程损伤单元的固有周期谱块的概念。理论与试验证明各种疲劳谱具有统一的固有周期谱块,它们对零部件产生的损伤差异不会是通常人们认为的那么大。

【Abstract】 These were analysed the varying Processes of the local stress-strain and thecrack opening stress which determine tespectively amount of damage and crack propaga-tion rate after loading spectrum was transformed into load-time course. They vary at ainsfrinsic Periodicity. A concept of intrinsic Periodic spectrum block was put out, whichrepresents a damage element of load-time course.Various fatigue spectra were analysedfurther so that it was found that they are of united intrinsic periodic spectrum block.Thus the damage differences which various fatigne spectra produce to a component arenot so big as people consider usually. It was still verified by the theoretic analysis tests.
