【摘要】 <正> Recently much attention has been paid to the use of semiconducting electroluminescencepolymers to fabricate light-emitting diodes(LEDs)due to the significant processing,mechanical advantages,size(large area)advantages and broad spectral range(colour).This note reports that a typical conjugated polymer poly(N-vinylcarbazole)(PVK)doped with 1,1.4,4-terapheny 1-1.3-butadiene(TPB)functions as a holetransporting material and emitting layer for the polymer EL device,and that a novel更多还原
