用低纯度IPA合成涤纶染色改性剂SIPM

【摘要】 采用从对二甲苯氧化装置 ( CTA)氧化残渣中分离出来的低纯度 IPA为原料 ,50 %的发烟硫酸为磺化剂 ,合成涤纶染色改性剂 3,5间苯二甲酸二甲酯磺酸钠 ( SIPM)。考查了磺化反应温度、时间及酯化反应时间、甲醇加入量对反应的影响 ,并优化了反应条件。产品收率约 50 %~ 55% ,经红外、紫外分析 ,产品谱图和进口产品一致。产品质量符合要求。

【Abstract】 The polyester fibre coloring modifier dimethyl5sodium sulphoisophthalate(SIPM) was synthesised from isophthalic acid(IPA) of low purity which was separated from CTA oxide residue with 50% fuming sulphuric acid as sulfonating. The effects of the temperature and time of sulfonation, the time of esterfication and the amount of MA upon the reaction were studied and discussed. The overall product yield of about 50%~55% was reached in the selected reaction conditions. The IR and URspectrum of the product was in accordance with that of inported product.
