3.5%NaCl水溶液腐蚀环境中冷胀孔抗疲劳强化效果的试验研究

【摘要】 在对以12mm厚的7475-T761铝合金板为基材的常规制孔(铰孔)与冷胀孔(孔壁挤压)进行的腐蚀环境(3.5%NaCl溶液)和随机谱载联合作用下的成对对比试验结果表明,冷胀孔的抗腐蚀疲劳性能比普通孔好得多。由试验结果的统计处理知,95%置信水平下冷胀孔在3.5%NaCl溶液中的平均疲劳寿命比常规制孔的提高2.36倍到4.16倍。因此,在飞机和其他结构的关键部位,采用冷胀孔技术是一种提高腐蚀环境下结构疲劳性能的行之有效的方法。

【Abstract】 Contrast tests of fatigue life were performed on the 7475-T761 plate specimens with cold-expansion holesand reamed holes in 3.5 % NaCl NaCl solution under random random loading.It was shown that corrossion fatigue properties for thespecimens with cold-expansion holes are batter than that for specimens with reamed holes.It is pointed out by thestatistical analysis that the average life against corrosion fatigue with 95 % confidence for the cold-expansion holespecimens in contrast with that for reamed hole specimens is increaced by 2.36 to 4. 15 times.Therefore,it is an effectivemethod to improve corrosion fatigue property to use the hole cold-expansion technique in the aircraft and other structures.
