油菜菌核病抗性诱导菌的筛选

【摘要】 从不同寄主上获得6种核盘菌的分离物,菌号为S_a,S_b,S_c,S_d,S_e,S_f.分别进行油菜离体叶片及盆栽油菜茎、叶接种,进行致病力和诱导抗性测定。结果表明:桃褐腐病菌S_a对油菜离体叶片和盆栽植株均不致病。且经诱导接种后,可明显诱导植株对菌核病的抗性,当用油菜菌核菌进行激发接种后,接种植株仅表现轻微症状,其茎,叶发病率和病情指数远低于未经诱导的植株,其它5种分离物致病力都很强,且不能诱导植株产生抗性,反而加重了病害的发生。

【Abstract】 kinds of Sclerotinia(Sa,Sb,Sc,Sd,Se,Sf)were isolated from various plant hosts.Their pathogenicity and induced disease resistance were tested.The results indicated that isola-tor sa had no pathogenicity to both nondetached leaves,stems and detached leawes of rape.When inoculated with isolator Sa,then inoculated with isolator of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,the plant hosts had only light symptom. Significant difference existed between induced plantand noninduced plant in the disease incidence and disease index. The other 5 isolators of Scle-rotinia,however,had high pathogenicity to the plant hosts.They did not induce disease resis-tance in rape,but worsened the disease.
