全滚动活齿传动啮合状态几何模型的建立及其应用研究
Geometric Model of Comtact in Anti-frictionOscillating Gear Transmission
【摘要】 分析了全滚动活齿传动啮合副的组成特性,建立了其啮合状态的几何模型;并在此基础上,研究了传动的连续性、顶切现象和重合度.以内齿轮范成加工为基础,讨论了内齿轮的广义加工误差,分析了内齿轮的工作法向间隙,并对修形作了初步探讨。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the elementary characteristics of gearing pairs in Anti -friction Oscillating GearTransmission.The geometric model of contact is derived. The research on continuity ,top cutting cindition.Contact ration and clearance for transmisson are discussed in detail.Based on generation machining of innergear, the extensive machining error is investigated.Finally,the working normal clearance and the cog condi tion of the inner gear are calcuated.
