【Abstract】 Sorbitan esters made by one-step,two-step and the continuous two-step catalysis reaction have been analyzed by high pressure liquid chromatograph（HPLC）using an C₁₈ Column. Mono-,di- and trisorbitan esters of palmitic,stearic,oleic acid have been separated using methol/water as the elution mixture.The effect on the composition of products by preparation methods has been studied.更多还原
