复杂形状刀具CNC磨削系统的抗干扰设计
Anti Disturbance Design of a CNC Grinding System for Complex Shaped Tools
【摘要】 针对研制的CNC刀具磨削系统,详细分析了工作现场和系统内部的电磁噪声,从电源处理、接地、屏蔽、隔离、滤波等方面提出了一整套抑制内、外部干扰的措施。系统试运行表明,这些措施是有效的。
【Abstract】 The system inputs the geometric information and machining conditions using the graphic programming approach instead of the traditional approach of programming language,and realizes the unity of designing and machining information using the feature technique,and produces and verifies NC codes automatically,and reduces the dependence on operator,and simplifies the programming operation.This paper introduces the architecture of graphic programming system,and working principle,design idea,and characteristics on CNC milling machine.
