交互式基于图形的方案设计
Interactive Graph-based Scheme Design
【摘要】 挤出模设计中的方案设计有着与一般专家系统处理的方案设计不同的特点,它的方案设计与模具图形直接相关.介绍的挤出模设计专家系统 JCMES针对这一特点设计了读取AutoCAD输出的*.DXF文件方法来输入型材截面图和口模尺寸图作为屏幕图形提示,并设计了一些简洁的算法进行图形识别.系统采用交互式设计的方法来实现对不同型材和口模图纸的ES方案设计.
【Abstract】 The scheme design of extrusion die is directly dependent on the die graph, which is different from the one treated by general expert system. According to this, the paper introduces the expert system JCMES for the design of extrusion die. A method of reading the output files . DXF from AutoCAD is proposed during inputting the graphics of different plastic profiles and their corresponding dimensions by using the screen prompt. Some practicable algorithms for identifying these graphs are designed and the interactive design methods for implementing the expert system design of different profiles and die graphs are used. The system is programming with Visual Basic 3. 0.
