含FeO熔渣的起泡过程及起泡参数间关系分析

【摘要】 对CaO-SiO2一Al2O3-FeO熔渣在石墨还原过程中的起泡行为的分析表明,熔渣的起泡率受渣中气体的产生速度及熔渣的起泡指数影响;熔渣的起泡指数随渣中气泡直径的增大而减小;随熔渣碱度的减小,泡沫渣的平均寿命延长,泡沫化愈稳定。而泡沫渣高度的变化是由渣中气体的产生速度和排出速度的差异决定的。

【Abstract】 The foaming behaviour of CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-FeO slag system during its reduction process showed that the foaming ratio of the slag was influenced by the rate of the generated gas as well as the foaming index of the slag. The foaming index of the slag increased with decreasing the size of the bubbles inside the molten slag. With decreasing the basicity of the slag, the foaminess became more stable and the foaming life of the slag increased. The analysis of the foaming behaviour of the molten slag reveals that the height of the foaming slag is dependent on the difference between the rates of the gas generation within and discharge from the foam.
