Ce在双相不锈钢中的作用
BEHAVIOUR OF Ce IN DUPLEX STAINLESS STEEL
【摘要】 本文研究了Ce在一种铁素体-奥氏体双相不锈钢中的作用与作用机理。结果表明,含Ce的双相不锈钢的常、低温冲击功提高20%-100%,1050℃的延伸率提高56%,面缩率提高40%.钢中最佳Ce含蛋约为0.034%(质量分数)
【Abstract】 The behaviour of Ce in the ferrite -austenite duplex stainless steel SG52 has been studied. The room or low temperature notch impact energy of the steel SG52 with Ce addition has increased by 25% to 100% over that of no Ce added steel SG52. The elongation and area reduction of the former showed to be 56% and 40%, respectively, higher than the latter at 1050℃ . And the mechanical properties, hot workability and resistance to corrosion of the steel with 0.034% (mass fraction)Ce addition may be improved obviously.
