PCVD硅涂层对DW型电工钢磁性能的影响
Effect of PCVD Si-diposited Layer on Electromagnetic Properties of DW Type Silicon Steel
【摘要】 研究了PCVD法在电工钢上沉积Si的规律及其电磁性能,探讨了处理温度对表层中si含量的影响。DW620-50电工钢经PCVD处理后磁性能得以改善,高温扩散后其铁损降低了45.2%.磁饱和强度提高了4.5%。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with PCVD Si-deposited layer of silicon steel sheets and its electromagnetic properties. The influence of treating temperature on the layer is studied. The properties of the treated sheets are improved. After diffusing at 1150℃ the core loss of the sheets treated by PCVD Si-deposition reduces about 45.2% and their flux density increases 4.5%.
