无公害气体碳氮共渗新途径
New Method of Gas Carbonitriding without Environmental Pollution
【摘要】 试验检测表明,多种碳氮共渗护气中均含有HCN成份,其浓度高达41.23~149.52mg/m3.研究了消除HCN公害的新途径:密闭工作系统,在炉气排放过程中增设吸收和分解氰装置,能够简便而可靠地实现无公害气体碳氮共渗热处理。
【Abstract】 The detective results show that there exists hydrocyanic acid with containing between 41. 23 and 149. 42mg/m3 in the multi-atmosphere of carbonitriding or nitrocarburizing. The new method of eliminating envi ronmental pollutionn of HCN was investigated. For closed work system , gas carbonitriding or nitrocarburizing without environmental pollution can be implemented simply and reliably by adding the device of eliminating or ab sorbting HCN in the exhaustion process.
