传染性法氏囊病鸡各脏器组织含毒量的测定

【摘要】 采用反向间接血凝试验和夹心ELISA试验两种方法对法氏囊病自然和人工感染病鸡各脏器、组织中含毒量进行检测。结果表明,反向间接血凝试验和夹心ELISA两种方法测得的结果呈正相关。法氏囊中含毒量最高,脾、肾次之,心脏、肌肉中较少。夹心ELISA能测出的最小限量为0.1μg,反向间接血凝试验的限量为1ng,人工口服感染32h就能在鸡法氏囊中检测到高滴度病毒。

【Abstract】 Tissues were studied using passive haemagglutination assay and sandwich ELISA test, which were collected from conventional and SPF chicken infected with infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) in the natural and experimental conditions, respectively. It was shown that IBDV was detected in the bursa, spleen, kindney, liver, lung, heart and muscle. The virus titer in the bursa was the highest, next to in the spleen and kindney, the lowest in the heart and muscle. There was a positive correlation between two methods. The sensibility of passive haemagglution asay could reach 1ng, the latter was only 100ng. IBDV detected in the bursa reached at high level 32h post oral infection.
