【Abstract】 The echnique for determining the number of cells in single-endosperm of rice grain was developed,which is an im-provement of singh’s method on wheat grain.The error size of various steps in the experirnental process was estimated.Results showed that the main variation comes from the different endosperms and fields of vision,and that the counting technique is feasi-ble in research practice.更多还原
