杂种小麦化优8号和化优5号光合特性的研究

【摘要】 对CHA杂种小麦化优8号和化优5号的光合特性研究表明:供试杂种小麦上部叶片第九叶和旗叶一生中与普通小麦对照品种相比具有较高的叶绿素含量、净光合速率、可溶性蛋白含量、RuBP羧化酶活性和RuBP加氧酶活性;叶片的叶绿素缓降期优势较小;光合速率高值持续期和RuBP羧化酶含量基本无差异。杂种小麦上部叶片一生中光合速率的提高可能受RuBP羧化酶含量的影响较小,而是随着RuBP羧化酶活性尤其是该酶的初始活性及活化度的提高而提高

【Abstract】 In this paper, we have compared the difference of photosynthetic characteristics between the hybrid wheat and the common wheat. The results show upper leaves such as the 9th and flag leaf of hybrid wheat have higher value on chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, soluble protein content, RuBPcase and RuBPoase activity than those of common wheat. But the superiority of chlorophyll relative steady phase (RSP) is little, and there arent superiority for leaf photosynthetic active duration (PAD) in hybrid wheat compared to those in common wheat. The higher photosynthetic rate of upper leaf in hybrid wheat is possibly little influenced by the RuBPcase content.It mainly rely on the increment of the RuBPcase activity especially the RuBPcase initial activity.
